Thursday Night: Dancing

How was it?
Well...first off...we had to wait two hours just to get in. That was the first time waiting that long. Secondly, it has gotten so much more scandalous...but the 21 and over room is where we spent most of our time dancing by ourselves because most people try to dance to the faster trancish, housish, mixed beats...but they don't know how to. SO we basically put on a show. Great!! Got in at 4 and made it to my 10 am class on time and with my work completed. I got to school at about 830 that morning. A+
Friday Night: Dancing
Where: Bombshelter, Bubinga
With Whom: Rachel
How was it?
Well...the bombshelter is underground hiphop and a much different crowd than your standard "listen to what's on the radio hip hop" people. So we left there after about 15 minutes and went to Bubinga. It was alright. Same old school music...and that is not an understatement. Of all the times I have been there...I have heard all the songs they played there that night and all the other nights before as well...suck. I had a beer on an empty stomach. What can I say..life happens. These two african guys tried to dance with us....me...I know how to not let someone get close to me...it's awesome..so I rescued rachel and we finished up our night...had enough of that.
Saturday Night: Dancing

How was it?
IT was awesome!! I got to see my cousin break...haven't seen that in a long time. He was fighting a cold. Anyways...I had my Israel gear on...some jewelry and my skirt..all from out of the country. I was so proud of my make up last night..crazee. I loved to music the dj played...I was getting down. They played this song that I absolutely just love to dance to but I dont' know who sings it. I got to do the electric slide to Achy Breaky Heart by Billy Ray Circus...ha ha..just kidding..Billy Ray Cyrus. Then some other song that was cool...a group dance kind of thing. And to top off the night I had the last dance with Mr. Joey Tan...el presidente de Asian club. He made a shout out to me in the program too!! about dancing with my at metropolis till his knees gave out. That's right! I am a dancing machine!!!...all in all the night was awesome.
Sunday: Church
Where: The Rock church at Reed
With WHom? Mi madre
How was it?
NOt your typical church and I was touched beyond touched. The song they opened up with I had heard for the first time on Thursday night going to the library...I stopped in to Intervarsity for a bit. But it made me cry...GOd communicating to me. Tears came down all morning. WE went to Las trojes afterwards ....and I wanted my mom to let me go. I told her she can pray for me...that's all she can do.
So now...into the future.
